KIRKALOCKA GOLD PROJECT
The Company completed field reconnaissance, geological mapping and review of historical
exploration across Highway, Capra, Avis and Two Mile Bore. Approximately 1,500 soil samples
were collected across the four priority areas and submitted for laboratory analysis1
.
Previously reported gold results2
include 6m @ 1.79 g/t Au from 42m (KKA796) and 6m @ 1.38
g/t Au from 27m (KKA795) at Highway; 1m @ 4.66 g/t Au from 34m (CWRC-6807800-002) at
Two Mile Bore; and historical rock-chip values11
up to 9.89 g/t Au (sample 17959) at Avis. These
are historical results, not assays generated during this quarter.
Subsequent to quarter-end results announced 1 October 2026
On 1 October 2026, Catalina reported3
results from its approximately 1,500-sample Kirkalocka
soil program and recent rock-chip sampling. Although announced after 30 September, these
results relate to exploration undertaken during the reporting quarter and are disclosed here as
a subsequent event. The integrated results further refined priority gold targets at Capra, Avis
and Two Mile Bore ahead of proposed November RC drilling.
At Capra, the principal gold-in-soil anomaly broadly follows an east–west BIF/chert sequence
that turns north-northeast near an interpreted fault offset. Results exceed 100 ppb Au near the
southern termination of an outcropping felsic volcanic unit. Lower-order northeast and
northwest anomalous trends may reflect structural controls. Recent rock chips returned 0.269
g/t Au (KK005), 0.256 g/t Au (KK006) and 0.104 g/t Au (KK004); historical rock chips include
0.912 g/t Au (CHGR040). Historical drilling is limited. Six RC holes across two fences
perpendicular to the BIF strike are planned.
At Avis, soil geochemistry delineated a broad northeast–southwest gold-anomalous zone with
two stronger centres, including four samples above 200 ppb Au. Some stronger anomalies are
spatially separate from historical workings. Recent rock chips returned 3.64 g/t Au (KK009),
0.361 g/t Au (KK012), 0.238 g/t Au (KK007) and 0.077 g/t Au (KK011), supplementing previously
reported historical rock-chip assays up to 9.89 g/t Au (sample 17959). Six RC holes have been
designed to test the structural setting of the workings and adjoining anomalies.
AtTwoMile Bore, integrationof historicaland recentsoilgeochemistrydelineated twoprincipal
anomalous zones south of the bore. A northern gold-in-soil anomaly occurs on the western
flank of a magnetic ridge interpreted as the Cuddingwarra Shear, with northeast–southwest
and local east–west trends. Historical drilling in the area recorded anomalism in five holes,
including 1m @ 4.66 g/t Au from 34m and 1m @ 0.64 g/t Au from 30 m in CWRC-6807800-002.
The strongest soil anomaly remains inadequately tested. Two east–west RC traverses are
under consideration to investigate the shear and cross-cutting structures.

TALLERING PROJECT – SANTY PROSPECT
A review of historical drilling and surface sampling highlighted tungsten mineralisation within
a broader polymetallic system1,4
. Historical SRC006 intersections included 17 m @ 0.178%
WO₃ from 79 m, including 4m @ 0.367% WO₃, and 6m @ 0.200% WO₃ from 6m. SRC007
returned 3m @ 0.154% WO₃ from 99m to end of hole. Historical rock chips2
returned up to
Page 4
60.1% W (75.8%WO₃ equivalent); selective surface samples are not representative ofaverage
deposit grade.
Catalina undertook reconnaissance mapping and rock-chip sampling in July. Results reported
on 20 August5
included up to 0.62% WO₃, 1,480 ppm Mo, 12,300 ppm Bi, 1.96% Cu, 530 ppm
Ag and 5.70 g/t Au. Integration of mapping, geochemistry, drilling and geophysics supported
an interpretation of an intrusion-related tungsten–polymetallic system.
The largely untested eastern IP conductivity anomaly was prioritised for drill testing. Further
fieldwork and drilling were planned for the December quarter, subject to heritage clearances.

historical and recent drilling, surface geochemical sampling, magnetic data, and IP survey results. The interpretation
highlights the geological architecture and structural complexity of the prospect.
PITHARA GOLD PROJECT
Catalina completed a reinterpretation of the geological and structural controls at the historical
Pithara Gold Mine, integrating pit mapping, magnetic data and historical drilling6
.
This work defined interpreted strike and offset extensions beyond historical workings and
informed a proposed 26-hole, approximately 3,120 m RC drilling program. Historical drilling2
Page 5
included 7m @ 21.8 g/t Au from 20m, including 2m @ 61.5 g/t Au (PTA055). The historical mine
produced approximately 9,000 oz at an average recovered grade of 15.4 g/t Au1
. Throughout
the quarter land access agreements were secured and heritage processes finalised.

BREAKAWAY DAM COPPER PROJECT
During the quarter, Catalina Resources completed a reverse circulation (RC) drilling program
at its Breakaway Dam Copper Project, located approximately 17 km east of Menzies in Western
Australia.
The drilling program was completed between 1 August and 25 August 2026, comprising nine
RC drill holes for a total of 2,296 metres.
The program was designed to test high-priority downhole electromagnetic (DHEM) conductor
targets and interpreted extensions to previously identified copper mineralisation within the
Breakaway Dam copper-rich volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) system7
.
Previous drilling8,9
returned significant copper intersections, including:
➢ 1.9m (estimated true width) @ 2.17% Cu from 198m (BDCRC26016).
➢ 6.0m @ 1.19% Cu from 185m, including 1m @ 3.86% Cu (BDRC10).
Interpretation of earlier drilling and DHEM data expanded the interpreted mineralised strike
length from approximately 700 metres to 1.2 kilometres and identified multiple priority
conductor targets.
The August drilling program was designed to:
Page 6
• Test the continuity and geometry of the interpreted mineralised system.
• Evaluate priority conductor plates identified through previous DHEM surveys.
• Investigate potential extensions to known copper mineralisation.
• Assess the potential for the project to progress towards Mineral Resource definition.
Figure 8 Long section of target horizon showing recently modelled DHEM plates and significant intercepts
Laboratory assay results from the August 2026 drilling program remained pending at 30
September 2026. Once received, the results will be assessed alongside existing geological,
geochemical and geophysical datasets to refine the geological model, evaluate the outcomes
of the drilling program and guide subsequent exploration activities.
WARRIEDAR PROJECT
On 7 September the Company commenced its maiden on-ground field assessment at
Warriedar as part of a coordinated Mid-West field program1
. The work was intended to assess
priority opportunities across an underexplored tenement holding.
NELSON BAY RIVER DIVESTMENT
On 22 September the Company announced10
that both Catalina and Newcam Minerals Pty Ltd
had executed the Nelson Bay River mining lease transfer documentation. Under the
divestment arrangements, Newcam is to assume rehabilitation, environmental and closure
obligations upon completion.
The transaction provides for recovery of $827,200 in rehabilitation security expected ahead of
November 2026, subject to replacement security and regulatory processes, plus $466,000 of
Page 7
retained bank guarantee proceeds upon subsequent release. The aggregate potential release
is $1,293,200.
