Announcement PDF Page 1 KOBOLD AGREEMENT TERMINATED Catalina Resources Limited (ASX: CTN) (“Catalina” or the “Company”) refers to its ASX announcement on 4 November 2024 titled “Sale Agreement with Kobold for Kookynie West”. The Company advises that KoBold Tjantjuru Pty Ltd (“KoBold”) has terminated the Asset Sale Agreement relating to the proposed acquisition of the Kookynie West Project (covering exploration tenement E40/378). The termination is effective from today, 5 October 2026. As a result, Catalina retains ownership of the Project.
