Under the engagement Mr Damon Cox has been appointed as Company Secretary. Mr Cox is a Chartered Secretary with over 17 years’ experience as a company secretary of ASX listed resources companies. For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Cox will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and the ASX. In addition, Mr Nathan Rose has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary. Mr Rose is an accounting and corporate governance professional, with over 18 years’ experience in accounting, audit, corporate governance and finance. The appointments follow the resignation of Mr Johnathon Busing as Company Secretary. The Board thanks Mr Busing for his contributions and wishes him well for his future endeavours.
